Down Wind ?
Linda: You have a great boat in PS 34. Famous guy - Archie Wainright - singled handed boat around world in 2002 ! I owned PS 34 - lost in Hurricane in Florida. Now to answer your question - she is not a great down wind sailor. Narrow hull + sail plan restricts speed. You will need a good cruising spinaker and reaching pole. Otherwise, she is A + !! Especially in tough conditions, you will be able to button down the boat, go below and ride out just about anything ! Fair Winds and Following Seas !
