Any advice or schools of thought on storing neatly folded sails in my warm dry basement, or cold boat over winter? Also, per chance, does anyone have the website address for Algae-X?

I don't think that the cold hurts sails, but I always worry about mice getting into the boat and making a $2500 nest in my sailbags, so I take them home and let the cat worry about it

My choice: warm, dry and as Stephen says away from mice. I like to bring my 340 sails home, maybe stretch them out during the winter to inspect them, and ship them for cleaning and repair if necessary.
