Sail Slugs & 150 Track for a 23.

Has anyone purchased (aftermarket or OEM) the plastic sail slugs for a 23 Mainsail? The existing ones are of the 2 part type (the slug snaps to another part that goes through the grommet in the sail). Any source info will be appreciated. The sail is a UK! Also, requesting source (Mfgr. & model number) for genoa tracks for a 23. The ones I have seen are curved and approx. 4 feet long, but no Mfr. or number on them.Thank You all in advance.

Slugs

Dan,I'm not sure what was original on my 87 h23. In fact, there were 3 different combinations of slugs and shackles when I bought it. But the combination that worked best was available at West Marine. It was a plastic slug with a steel bail or ring embedded in it. Comes in several sizes, but I can't remember which size fits. WM has both plastic and steel shackles to connect the slug to the cringle or grommet.

I got mine at West Marine

Unfortunately I don't remember the size either. I unscrewed one from my main (Neil Pryde) and took it to the store. If there is no WM store close by, take the slug off, measure it and then get on the phone to WM. They should be able to help. Good luck.PeterH23 "Raven"
