SailCare
Over the winter I sent my main to SailCare for cleaning, repairing, reconditioning. The service was great; ordering easy (on-line); price was reasonable; and the sail looks almost like new (it's the original on an 1985 O'Day 28). While their process doesn't take out bagginess, the sail does look a lot stiffer and seems to set better. For this inland non-racing captain, it's well worth it!
