As a fairly new Hunter owner I'm full of questions. The first one is the sail plan. I'm trying to get more bang on our downwind sailing. I'm trying to decide between just going with an adjustable whisker pole for the 110 jib or going all the way and outfitting the boat with a Spinnaker. Sailing wing on a wing without a pole tends to be very time consuming and of questionable power. Anybody have any experience with either? The boat's mast has room for a spinnaker halyard, but I would have to buy all the equipment since it's not set up. Also, with the rigging swept to the rear, it's tough to go downwind without the mailsail hitting the shrouds. Any suggestions? Or is this "just the way it is"? Thanks
