Sail numbers
Most sail numbers are made of a self-adhesive lightweight cloth that's usually called insignia cloth. Most any sail loft (sailmaker) or possibly SailNet <www.sailnet.com> can get new numbers for you. I've never known of the adhesive being sold separately, but a sail loft might know.
