Once it gets above freezing, and I start thinking about taking my sails out of the basement and getting back on the water, I plan to clean my main and jib. Any suggestions for the best way to get them looking clean and white again? Thanks.
Stuart, There are some sail soaps avilable which you might try. I think they are basically mild detergents. I have had good success with some of the citrus-based cleaners. Elbow grease and a good brush(not wire) are the key elements to cleaning a sail. Thanks, Bill Colombo Doyle Sailmakers
