Does anyone know the rough cost if sail cleaning for a hunter 28.5??
Getting ready to go to north in stevensville for a check and cleaning just want to have an idea of cost.
Also any suggestions on questions or things I should pay extra attention to. I plan in being there for the evaluation.

I think Bacon's (Annapolis) price is $2.75/lb

I just received my sails back from Sail Care. For my Hunter 280 it was around $400 at $.95/sq ft. The also inspected my 1996 vintage sails and recommended some significant repairs. I took them up on them and it double the total cost but I am very happy with the quality and timelyness of the repairs.

I’m with Larry.

I just had my headsail cleaned and repaired (restitched) by Sail Care. A little more costly than expected, but I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work.

Talk with Jerry and you won’t be disappointed.

PS. I’m sending the mainsail there after the 2013 season.
