Last time I sailed, I notice that I have no battens in my main sail, I would like to buy some to install before my trip this weekend. The mail sail is a 150-155 does anybody know what size battens I need. If you have a 28.5 Hunter could you measure or if you know what the standard size would be I would be so greatful... Main or Genoa?
Katie, Can't tell from reading your post whether you want battens for the main, or the genoa. If for the main, just measure the batten pockets and have battens cut to fit. There may be a source for pre cut, tapered battens for your boat, but to secure them in less than a week might be a challenge. Larry

Thanks for the fast response! It's for my main sail and I'm 3 hours a way from the boat. Thought maybe some one could give me some measurements before I go... I really need the width, I can alway buy some and cut them off before I put them on... Again Thanks.
