I'm looking for a new set of battens for my Doyle main. Two split on crossing of the pond. Can't find them on Hunter Owners shop. Any ideas?

We can get them for you but you sure as heck don't want them shipped to you in Guadaloupe! Any sail loft can cut a couple for you and I'd use someone local, given how difficult they can be to ship.

Just curious, but how did you break the battens?

SP: Now that I am aware of your location you have free sail stays! Just go on the beach and cut some bamboo, strip and shape it. Should make great stays. Served 3 years in Puerto Rico at Roos Rds. Naval Air station back in the '60's. Hope this helps, Chief
