Welcome aboard Bob. But your Avatar looks like it is missing some parts. Looks like a fun ride though. Can't help with the Safas. My boat is so old I am pretty sure the galley surface is linoleum. I did redo the vanity with Formica though.

Thanks Ed, If the cat has parts missing I'll have to take the blame. I built her myself. She sleeps 8 with an up galley and sette. The Safas is a nice product for counter tops. Lightweight and very durable. My prob is to spray the stuff their suggestion is a $6000. Binks spray system. I applied some to the Bar top with a gel-coat cup gun and what a long process. I was hoping someone else may be able to suggest a less expensive to spray. I'll post a photo of the bar top below. Tough to tell the color. Its like a baby blue. Wife picked it out. Thanks

Bob,

The cat looks great! Excellent job! She, ummm, does need a . . . mast. Otherwise you're one of them stink pottahs! And we wouldn't want that, nosuh!

That Safas looks like a really cool product. The bar top is amazing. What is it over?

That was one hell of a project Bob. Went to your website. Kept turning the screen to my girl & saying "Look at this part!"

Wow - great job all around!

The boat is foam core composite/ 2x12 uni over corecell vacuum composite molded with a Awlgrip finish. To keep the weight down we built the interior with the same material including the bar top. She comes in at 5.5 tonnes. We have a 54' selden deck stepped stick which is holding the big green tarp over the boat while she weathers on the hard at Rumerys in Biddeford. Oh ya. the twin Stink Pottahs are kubotahs 2 and 3 in the state. Easy install andThe only way to get up the 7 mile stretch up the Saco
