This sailboat has been moored off Biloxi Beach for awhile. This is near the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor. Deer Island is to the right in the photo (South). That's one of our lovely casinos in the background, and the rustic/rusted fishing vessel Tiger Shark moored just beside her.

We had two of those type of submarine sailboats in San Diego Bay three years ago. Yes, it is a sad sight to see.
