It has been a while, but we are back in the game. We got our Seidelnamm 25 in March, and soon discovered that it was kind of a project boat. Now she sits at home, has a roof over her, and we started some work.
We decided to open and maintain a project webpage. We are posting comments and photos there, for all to see, and to hopefully gain some knowledge from it - whether it's how to do things, or how NOT to do things!!

We just pulled the engine, which will be a nice little side project to rebuild. I read a post not too long ago, that there were only a few S25s build with an inboard. Our's is a yanmar ysm8, one cylinder diesel with 7hp. It still ways about 200 pounds, and it took some finesse to get it out of the boat.
