S2 11.0A Kinsale
There is a S2 11.0 A for sale on sailboatlisting.com for $19,900. Same year as mine, 1984 but I paid close to twice as much and put another $14,000 in upgrades, Simnet network system, new Simrad Chartplotter & instruments, new running, feathering prop, strip bottom / barrier coat-bottom paint work, reconditioning sails and new Asymmetric spinnaker, etc... (need to stop, getting depress on the amount I put into her and I only had her for 10 mths)

It appears to be in need for some maintenance and a small repair on the hull. Has the same Yanmar engine as mine, which is very nice engine, moves the boat along at +/-7 knts / 2,600 rpm in moderate weather.

Anyways, looks like a good buy but I guess you never know.
While looking for a inflatable dinghy last week, I saw a Islander 36 go on ebay for $3,000 in Deltaville. Must of needed a lot of work or something...

She rubbed on something pretty good. Best case is a tough gelcoat match. A friend of mine had similar damage after his boat broke loose from a questionable mooring. The price probably reflects a 10k estimate from a pro to fix it plus a lack of maintenance and upgrades. Maybe he will take my boat plus cash lol.

Over 70 photos on it yacht world listing. Poor thing looks untouched from new. Perhaps some chain plate replacement done as two are shiny. Original rig with closed turnbuckles. No instruments to speak of. Even the interior is neglected.
