With all this chatter about the MacGregor 26D being the fastest is more than likely true. As Sumner pointed out, you have to know how to use what you have.
MacGregor is still using my 26D, testing his data for the new 75 footer.
That being said, I will be installing a rotating mast in the near future for the fact that she will heel less and not need the jib as much. Less heeling keeps the crew happy!

We went out in 40mph of wind with chop and spray in the 88' 26D yesterday... I dont think ive ever heard my DB bang around even while being docked or moored or what ever. We haven't actually stayed over night on it yet...i guess that will be the true test.
