S 2 6.9 drop keel :c

I just bought this 1984 S 2 6.9 and water is coming in under the floorboard when I sail. Do I need to pin in the drop keel or block off an area under that board?

I am not familiar with the S2 6.9. Does it have a swing keel or centerboard?

Do you know for sure the water is coming from the centerboard ?

Does it leak all of the time, or only when sailing and heeled?

It's a drop keel and only leaks when healing
