Where on earth can you find a rutgerson traveler? Apparently the track is thin to this to permit the use of Harkin models and I am not looking to replace the entire track.

Why don't you want to replace the entire system?
Robert: Why don't you want to replace the entire system. We did this when the boat was about 5 years old. The original system never worked very well when new. We replaced ours with a Harken. The custom drilled the track to match the existing holes. If you do not want to use Harken, maybe something like Garhauer would be better for your budget. I couldn't find one either...
and the rutgersons are junk anyway. I replaced the track and traveler with a Harken about 8 years ago and it's much better.
