Hello everyone, Last year, I installed a swim ladder on my H23. I used what I thought were stainless steel bolts to mount the brackets; I figured out that they weren't stainless when the bolt heads became blobs of rust holding the brackets to the transom. Worse yet, there are now orange streaks running down the transom that I can't seem to remove. I replaced the bolts (rust blobs?) with some that really ARE stainless, and now I'm trying to figure out how to get these ugly stains off the transom. I've tried rubbing compound, with little or no luck.
