I have Jabsco Quiet-flush Electric Heads on my Caliber sailboat. After flushing one of the heads, the water continued to run into the bowl? If I turned off the water pressure the flow stopped. When I turn the pressure on again, the water started to flow into the bowl again. What needs to be replaced or repaired? Can I do it myself?

Sounds like a failed solenoid valve
Replacing it is a 10 minute job that you can--SHOULD--be able to do yourself.
