Hi John - Check out some photos posted on this site (see Related link below); looks like there should be attachments on the port and starboard transom for a "traveller" line, through which the the mainsheet is run (via a block). I haven't rigged a Mariner, so I can't be sure. I'll post anything else I find. Best of luck, Trevor

step by step

Fixed at end of boom to turning block stern deck- to turning block opposite side stern deck-back up to turning block at end of boom-to block(double sheave) at mid boom-down to block attached to CB trunk(double sheave w/ cleat)-up to mid boom-back down to CB block & through cleat.
