Please provide your thoughts on considerations for running co-axial cable as I own a Precision 21 and there is not a dedicated channel in the mast.

Take a fish tape or your forestay without the turnbuckle and use it as a fish to get the cable through the mast. End of story.

If you plan to spend any time at anchor and especially overnight, the slap of the wiring in the mast WILL drive you nuts! There are many ways to combat this: big wire ties tied to wiring to keep it from slapping inside, foam, or a dedicated riveted in PVC tube to hold the wires. Your boat, your choice.

He is right on. You have to do something to make sure that cable does not slap against the inside of the mast. Even the slightest motion will cause it to do that.
The wire tie method is easy to do and does work. Use medium to large size and put one every 18 inches along the length of the cable. Do not trim the tail of the wire tie as that is what will stand the cable off the inside of the mast. Ensure that the uncut ends come off the cable at a variety of angles so that the cable is kept standing in the middle of the mast's inside.
