Running cabin wiring

I have an 89 Hunter 30' and I am attempting to run some wiring for 12 volts from my power panel (port side nav station) to the starboard side. I will use this wiring to supply instrument and running light power to my depth and speed gages. Has anyone found a clever way to do this? So far it looks like I will have to run the wiring through the head and under the rear bunk.

Marine Grade Wire

Steve, I don't have the same Hunter but I can suggest you don't make the same mistake I did last year. Use marine grade tinned wire and not the regular electrical wire. Good luck with your project.

Wiring

I don't have that model either, but I heartily second Larry's recommendation. An unknown number of years ago, a previous owner used household wiring and breakers when he added shore power to my boat. It turned into a truly horrifying mass of rust. One of these days I'll get the pictures developed and post them for all to see...
