Rule Manual bilge pump parts

The plastic part that the the handle goes into on my Rule bilge pump broke. Does anyone know where I can buy parts for a 30 year Rule bilge pump?

A photo of the pump would be helpful. I did not think Rule manufactured conventional manual bilge pumps.........but if they did suggest contacting Rule for parts Xylem Vue | Xylem US

When you say "Manual" do you mean Manual powered or Manual switched?
