Has anyone ever put a small wheel on the rudder to support it when putting the boat on the trailer? I have ground down about a 1/2" cause I forget to lift the rudder.
I've ground a bit off my 23.5 rudder too and I can't tell that it has changed the performance at all. I try not to forget to raise the rudder but I guess some day it may be ground down to where it does not touch the ground anymore.
