Anybody know where to get a new skeg for the rudder on a 1977 Hunter H30 shoal draft? Mine was knocked off completely after a collision (and floated away). Thanks
Try Foss Foam in Clearwater, Florida. They have a website: http://www.newrudders.com/index.html and sometimes have an ad here on this site. I believe they made your original and they can still make most of them.
Just got off the phone with Foss Foam. I, too, need a skeg, (lost in a severe grounding), and rudder for my '77 h30. They do make the rudder for the Cherubini models but not the skeg. Call Hunter Marine directly at 1-800-771-9463. Roland S/V Fraulein II
