To remove my broken rudder I have removed all the bolts from the Edson aluminum steering pully except one. The long through bolt that passes through the rudder shaft won't budge. Is there a spot weld at the end? Is the bolt threaded in the steering pulley? Any ideas for dealing with this? Can I cut the bolt out?
