Rudder play 272LE

I have about 1" lateral play at the rudder trailing edge on my 272LE. The pintles, steering link are all good as is chain and wheel etc in pedistal. Play appears to be in the transom "quadrant box". Is there any adjustment to take this out? Brian R Clare

I have it as well on "Seven" ...

but it doesn't really seem to be a problem. I wonder it if is just "the way it is supposed to be"? Vic Seven
