I am a new owner of an 1974 O'Day 27. The metal cap at the top of the rudder masthead that attaches to the tiller has started to break. So my questions are; 1. What is the part really called? 2. Where can I get a replacement? 3. Do I need to haul the boat to replace it since it looks like the rudder will fall off when I remove the bolts? Thanks, Brad
