Rudder Bushing

I need to replace the upper rudder post bushing. It is made of hard plastic or nylon[?????] with a hole for the rudder post and three mounting holes . Mounts inside the cockpit under the tiller. Does anyone know where I can buy this? Any thoughts would be helpful . Thanks

I am currently looking at a cal 24 1984. Aside from a nice looking boat do you have any info on handling and overall longevity?
