When I upgraded my rub rail to the newer wide rail I asked CD tech support how many sections of the extruded aluminum channel I would need for my C-22. I was told all C-22's are different and that I should measure my boat to be sure. This I did, but somehow I screwed up and came up short. The sections of channel are 6 1/2 feet long and I determined I would need 7 of them. Unfortunately, my boat needs 8 and I came up short about a foot or so each side of the cutout in the stern. The Channel has been on back order for months. I wonder if anyone might have about 3 feet of left over wide channel I could buy.
