Hello all, I am in the process of replacing my rub rail. I am purching this from D & R for my Pearson P36-2. It is rigid vinyl, L shaped that goes over the deck and overhangs the side. It is bolted on however was wondering what is used to bed this to the deck, a 4200/5200 type compound? Is a heat gun a good thing to use during instillation to form it to the deck? Thanks as always!
