Hunter 450 Lake Pontchartrain
Well compared to all the people that have lost boats or who have had major damage, I really don't have much of a problem. However, I lengthened my dock lines in anticipation of a large rise in the level of lake Pontchartrain. It didn't happen and the longer lines allowed my boat to drift over and rub a piling. The rubber rub rail along the hull / top seam did what it was supposed to do and absorbed the damage. Has anyone ever had one of these replaced? Did you replace the entire rub rail or just the damaged portion (in my case about 18 inches)? Any estimate of costs? Thanks
