I have a 1978, 23 ft O'Day and I'd like to replace the rub rail which is pretty well shot. Local marine stores do not have a look alike replacement. If fact, they tell me I'll have to replace the molding and the rub rail. I'd like to avoid the expense of replacing the molding. Any ideas out there that might lead me to rub rail that might work in the old molding. Thanks.

contact.....

Rudy at D&R Marine. He has the insert and the holder which can be purchased separately. However, there is a minimum order. I wish I could locate about 2 feet of the black insert (dock rash) Good luck.....Gary http://www.odaysailboats.com/home.asp
