Roy, thanks for the great info on Yanmar gauges

Roy, I received the package of info today. Very nicely done. It's things like this that make HOW a great community of sailors, even if we are separated by thousands of miles. I have a '89 30G, which is a similar boat, so this arrangement would work well for me, also. One difference I noticed is that your engine panel is on the starboard side; mine is on the port side. We need a photo forum posting from Roy Mosteller

Roy Mosteller posted an article a couple of months ago about adding engine oil pressure and water temperature gauges on his Yanmar 2GM20F. Roy offered to mail a package of information to anyone interested. I don't know if Roy is still willing to do this, but I got a very nice package from him including parts list, instructions, wiring diagrams, and color pictures. Roy, if you're listening, I think this would make an excellent contribution to the Photo Forum, not to mention saving you postage. Bob, thanks for your kind remarks. Sorry I am unable to make a Photo Forum posting as I do not have a scanner. However, I have access to a color copier so am happy to supply my package (7 pages) of instructions and photos telling how I added engine oil pressure, water temp and hour meter gauges. I have mentioned this several times on HOW over the past year and have now supplied to 14 owners. Several have made the installation and have said they are pleased.
