Routing line to the cockpit

Does anyone have any experience with rigging a 22 for single-handed sailing? I have purchased new longer halyards, deck organizers, cleats and blocks to route everything to the cockpit. Now I'm having trouble figuring out where to locate the cleats! As the lines come back from the organizers, I have to route them around the pop-top in between the grab rail and there just isn't enough room. I want to be able to mount 4 cleats (2 per side), 2 for halyards, 1 for single-line reefing and 1 for a topping lift or outhaul. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Clam cleats instead of horn cleats

Clam cleats take up less space than horn cleats. Place the clam cleats on top of the cabin and then on the verticle face along side of the hatchway install horn cleats to tidy up the extra lines. Also, you could delete the need for the topping lift cleat and tie it off at the mast. It isn't often needed to release. Run your Jib downhaul along the port side through several fairleads and cleat it off just alongside the cabin on the deck walkway. Several comments on the forum have wished they had left everything alone and not cluttered up the cabin top. They are saying that having the lines led back ain't all it's cracked up to be. Of course, there will be other opinions also.
