A project I'll be taking on soon will be the replacement of the bulkhead below the cockpit, and the countertop above the icebox. I have extensive woodworking experience but would like to hear someone else's experience before digging in.
As an H37C owner I should know which bulkhead you mean I suppose. Is it the one between the engine and the aft lockers? If so I guess I have never heard of anyone with that problem. As far as the countertop that is pretty straight forward. Hardest part is getting the sink out. Mine is original so I can't offer much. I do remember that Rainbow Chaser did his in ceramic. I don't think I would want anything that hard though.
