Im a new owner of a Mac 25 the boat doesn't have lines with it so I need to know what diameter line to get for the Rolling Jib, Halyard and Boom. Any suggestions. Thanks for what ever info I get.

For one size throughout I'd use 5/16". That would give you 1 enough strength, 2 a large enough line to be comfortable on your hands, 3 not too large for the pullies on the Mac. Myself I use 1/4" for halyards and 5/16" for jib sheets. 1/4" for light air sheets, 3/8" for the storm jib, and main sheet. Since all lines on board have a SWL over 450 Lbs and there are no winches, the different diameters are just for comfort on the hands.

Use dacron yacht braid on all running rigging so there is minimum stretch and maximum resistance to abrasion. Don't use nylon on halyards, sheets, control lines, etc. DO use nylon on dock lines, anchor lines, where you want give and stretch to absorb shock loads. Use 7/16" for main anchor rode, with at least 10 ft. of 1/4" chain. If you are anchoring in rough seaways or heavy coral areas, use 30' chain and 1/2" nylon rope. For a lunch hook or stern anchor for light conditions, you can use 1/4" nylon line with a 4-6 lb. anchor and 4 ft of chain.

Lazy jacks and preventers —Any nylon line or three-strand Dacron can be used. Halyards—Three-strand Dacron has some stretch, but adds style to classic boats. Double-braid Dacron is often the choice on a cruiser or club racer. Spectra/olefin double braid is used on covered daysailers and small racers. Sheets and control lines—Plaited or double-braided Dacron is used on cruisers. Double-braided Dacron or high-tech blends is often the choice on club racers. Spectra/olefin double braids is good for light-air sheets. What kind of furler do you own? CDI says 5/32” or 3/16” braid on braid dacron. If you prefer a larger diameter, you should decore the portion of line forward in the cockpit. (Otherwise the larger line won’t fit onto the furling drum.)
