I asssume that you are asking about headsail furlers and not in-mast main furlers.It may depend on the brand of furler you have but I have had two different furlers on 2 different boats and they have not required any maintenance. One is 10 years old and the other is about six years old.
if you're really keen. Check the manufacturer's info or web site. They're all a bit different, but most don't need much mtce or lube - just clean the bearings top and bottom - fresh water rinse, and keep the sail groove clean, maybe some sail track lube in the groove.
