We do need photos to help you. I do know that CDI made furling systems for smaller boats and wonder if that is what you have.

Kermit hit it on the nailhead about a photo of the system plus we do not know when it was installed. Most small boats did not have furlers until the mid 80"s

I think my Oday 222 had one of those when I bought it, but it's long gone. I recall seeing one at Bacons, so I'll look next time I'm there.

Update: Just back from Bacons, and they no longer take in rigging equipment. They had only one furler left, not yours.

Exactly the same on thing on my bow,but I don't know make or model neither.
Lightly grease the top with some white grease,and be careful to keep right side up when disassembling,don't let the little balls escape.:cussing:

Kind of similar to my old Schaefer. I bet your headsail has a cable in it's luff. These are non-reefing type furlers.
