I have a 2004 Hunter 33' with roller furling main. There is a tremendous amount of leach flutter, even when the leach line is tight, and the bomm vang is a tight as it gets. Any solutions? Steve
Check with your dealer, Hunter or UK they should offer to recut or replace your sail. I had the same problem with my 36 and they fixed the problem. Make sure they know you will not stop compaining until it is fixed.
Have spoken with my local dealer and the sail manufacturer, and now have an agreement that they will recut the sail at no cost to me. Also they are making an offer to me on a new main sail with vertical battens. Waiting to see what a good deal they will offer. I do want it clear that I really like this boat!
