My wife is getting of sailing on her ears. I don't think cutting down my 135 will work. I'd like to get a 120. Has anyone got a decent used one they want to part with or some wonderful idea? I'd like to keep my 135 in case I decide to do the Newport-Ensenada race next year. ChuckWolfe@mail.com

Another thought about the 120 jib.

I'm answering my own query after checking with my sail guy. He says not to bother. Just reef it down about four turns etc. Well I can do that. I will probably also start putting in my first reef in the main whilst leaving the slip. My guy just says that the wing keel on the 37.5 makes it come over quickly and that 15-20 degrees is the norm. I think my wife can live with 15 and I can live with 18-20 but maybe the solution is just to sail slower when your wife is on the boat with you. I just don't see a trawler in my future at the moment! Now if only I can figure out how to go anywhere I want to go only on a reach!
