I currently have a 35 pound Genuine CQR anchor mounted on a bow roller made for it with the captive pin. I what to switch to a 33 pound Rocna. Anyone know if the Rocna will fit the CQR roller or will I need to get a new roller?

Go to the Rocna website. They have templates that can be downloaded to see if the anchor will fit.

In addition to the excellent advice of cutting a cardboard model by @dlochner , may I suggest doing a bunch of measurements to see if it will fit? One of the problems that some Catalinas had was a remarkably short anchor fitting so that plow anchors like the Rocna would actually hit the fiberglass of the bow under the mount

My C30 is a tall rig with bow sprit so clearance to the hull in no problem. My CQR roller goes over the top and to one side of the starboard side of the double roller and extends out and additional 6" so I have lots of clearance below the sprit. The idea of a carboard cutout is great.
