back the sail ( paying the shipping) and Wilhem could
give it to someone more deserving.

Hi All FRIENDS

I am afraid I agree with Wilhelm. I have kept an eye on the saga over the last year and not only did the cheque bounce but took an awful long time to appear!!

On the other hand I also think that one mistake does not a bastard make..... Give him another chance Wilhelm and perhaps donate the cheque to the American Vega Club, I am sure Chuck would accept it with open arms.

I had a similar experience two years ago when I sent a set of windows and did not get paid for nearly six months! Since then I will only send the large expensive items after receiving payment. I tend to send other bits to Vega owners I know prior to payment but I am afraid people must now prove their trustworthiness.

Let's all forget this lapse and be friends. The Vega sailing saying for the IFR is INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY REGATTA. Sailing for friendship........
