I have just spent 5 weeks trying to find a part for my Hunter 26. I tried six major sites w/o any positive results. Several vendors and sailors suggested RigRite. However their voice mail provides the WRONG email address. Below is the correct way to get a hold of them. They were very responsive once contacted and found the parts I needed. rigrite@gmx.com Phone: 401.739.1140 x 1 x1 This phone number and extensions will get you to a person who can then direct you to someone who can deal with your problem. I hope this information keeps future sailors from spending weeks trying to get information and help. Sail On

I actually just ordered from RigRite for the first time last week. I used the online quote form on their website, giving them part numbers for what I wanted and my contact info. They emailed back a quote the next morning with an order number to call them with. Paying via credit card over the phone, it was mildly easy.

It's not an "online" order, which would be easier, but I get why their system is the way it is.

Yes, my experience was the same as Birdman's, very 1980's faxing back and forth, but they were the only ones who had the part.

Well it appears that my reply last week to Birdman737 did not post. Yes, the system works great if you know your part number. However, RigRite does state that not all parts can be found on their web site; that was may case. Therefore, I needed to send an email with pictures of my broken part, BUT the email address as stated in their telephone message is WRONG. It then it took another week for me to assume that they had not received my email (to the wrong address), and how to get someone to talk to on the phone; hence my instructions above in post#1.
