Check Garhaurer first.....
I have the Garhauer rigid vang, but I wouldn't consider it hydraulic. They're OEM on many Catalinas. Check the website or give them a call. You must buy direct, but that makes the price very attractive. Garhauer personnel are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
