After crewing for many years, I bought my own O'day Daysailer 17'. Since I'm used to taking orders and not making decisions, being an owner has new questions. Had it out three times and it works fine. Wondering what is the proper/best way to rig the center block to the boom? I've been using a thin line threaded through the bottom of the boom and tied to the top of the block (the center block has two pulleys and the top one is not in use - should it be for this rigging?)
