D&R Marine has all the parts for the Day Sailer http://www.drmarine.com/categories.asp?cat=60

Cape Cod Shipbuilding is the company that currently builds the Day Sailer and they would also have parts http://www.capecodshipbuilding.com/site/fleet.php?boat=daysailer

Also you might want to check out the Day Sailer Assoc. forum. http://www.daysailer.org/ You don't have to belong to the Assoc. to access the forum.

Since the Day Sailer is a one design class, most parts for DS1's and DS2's are interchangeable, main exception would be the centerboard.

I sail a Day Sailer II and they are good boats, the Day Sailer I's are a little faster than the DS2's.

I've sent old rigging in to http://www.riggingandhardware.com/ and had replacements made. Got a perfect fit. I also once ordered a complete set of standing rigging from drmarine for my Mariner, but both the forestay and backstay were a little short. Made them work by adding toggles.
