Anyone with a 34 change their standing rigging? I was thinking that since it's a production boat, some company would just produce premade rigging but I haven't seen anything like that yet. The local rigger said everything looked pretty good, but then ended it with "you might want to replace everything anyway and it would cost between $8,000 and $10,000"

Your rigger is inspecting your 19-year-old boat. Safety thinking suggests it is about time to change its rigging. The quote should include the removal of the mast and a complete refit.

I have not heard of off-the-shelf wires for sailboat standing rigging. Rig-Rite Inc. - Masts, Booms, Spars, Rigging, and Hardware for Sailboats. can build you a standing rigging to your measurements.

That price seems a little high, unless it includes labor to install the rigging. Is it wire or rod?

I doubt you will find premade rigging. It would be a small market and the cost for storing the rigging while waiting for a buyer would be cost prohibitive.

If the mast is down, gather the rigging and take to a rigging shop and have them duplicate it. Then install it yourself. It may be much cheaper and you can address any other issues with the mast while it is down.

I've used Rigging Only in Fairhaven, MA. Fair prices and good service.

For my 35 I paid less than $1.5K in 2019 for all new rigging, except the headstay, from Rigging Only in Fairhaven.
Safe Harbor charged me $1.5K to drop and raise the mast.

I am still using the U-bolts and aft chainplate that came with the boat when I bought it in 2010.

So it was about $3000 to get the rigging made and replace it yourself?

Yes.

While the stick was down, however, I did some other maintenance too; removed the top of mast antenna, replaced the steaming/foredeck light and the wiring, cleaned and lubricated the luff track for the mainsail replaced the masthead shivs and axles, replaced the Windex, and replaced the spreader boots.
