Rigging the H33.5

This will be my first year to tune the mast after it is re-stepped by the marina next month. As you know, the 33.5 has quite a bit of mast bend. Is there a correct procedure to adjust the rigging and what pressure should I adjust the rigging using a Loos Gauge?

Some info

Two sources that were helpful to me are the "Tuning the B&R rig" article under the "more fun/Hunter reference" page on this site (even though your 33.5 isn't a true B&R rig) and also Brion Toss rigging site. The tuning varies from 10-20 percent of breaking strength depending on the diameter of the wire, as I remember.
