Mast replacement
US Spars made the masts for H23's after Kenyon went out of business. They are still in business and probably your best bet for exactly what you need: http://www.usspars.com/index.asp With all of the damage in the Gulf area you might be able to find a salvage company that has a used H23 mast. I don't know where you would look though.
